Customer Review: As good if not better than M/S wheel
I bought a Logitech wheel for myself after my official 360 wheel went wrong (again!) The performance of wheel compared to x-box simply put, is more comfortable, better built, clamps down to a surface firmer and reacts just as well as the force fed wheel but considerably cheaper. You can also adjust sensitivity of wheel whilst playing unlike the M/S wheel!

Customer Review: Supplied with crap cable, so what?
Excellent piece of kit, obviously the supplied cable is crap (looks and feels it) but I connected mine up from my graphics card to the box and have a decent one going to the monitor and it’s perfect! Just had to tweak the refresh rate a bit. And as for the 360, with the official vga cable it looks great! If you buy this, as long as you are aware that the supplied cable is a bit pants you can’t go wrong!

Customer Review: Have I bought a Betamax??
Got the HD player for Christmas and I am really delighted with the quality of picture/sound that it gives out. For the price you really cannot beat it, the player also upscales normal DVD’s so all my DVD’s HD or not look great! I also took adavantage of the 5 free HD DVD’s from Microsoft which is superb, 5 free DVD’s for nothing so that made the whole deal even better. The only dark cloud on the Horizon is that Toshiba are no longer going to support this format, which means that the Xbox 360 is shortly going to be the only way that you can view HD DVD’s. How many movie companies will produce HD films on this basis?? I doubt very few if any. It seems that Blue Ray is going to win out. The only way that I can see this format being saved is if the coming Xbox 360 Ultimate has the HD player bulit in (as rumoured) and there are massive sales resulting in a demand for the HD format and other HD players. Unfortunately I think it is unlikely. So in short its a great player but you may have nothing new to play on it before long!!

Just so you know, you can now request an adapter free from Joytech to fix the Wii component issue. For those technically inclined, it’s actually just a resistor on the ‘Y’ signal, as the Wii provides too strong a signal for the Joytech Control Centre (and some TV’s).

Well, all I can say in response to the people above is that it works absolutely fantastically 100% with an old fashioned non-HD TV!
So if, like me, you haven’t made the jump to HD yet, and you’re not planning to just yet - this works brilliantly. I’ve got all my consoles plugged in through composite - from Megadrive to XBox 360, and they all work really well.
The addition of having a network hub built in is great, and the only thing I would add as a “wish” to the product would be to have a web-server interface on it to save the complicated high-score-table-esque naming of the channels.
